Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. If you're not blown away by the flavor and freshness, let us know. 

To receive a refund or exchange, email info@damspice.com and describe your issue. If warranted, replacement products will be shipped within 24 hours. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is requested a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds may be pro-rated based on amount of product consumed. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@damspice.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only unopened items may be exchanged.  they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@damspice.com and send your item to: Dam Spice, 3230 NM 112, El Vado NM, 87575, United States. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
